Scottish National Antarctic Expedition 1902-04 Fine Art Print Collection

Led by William Speirs Bruce, the aim was to map the South Orkney Islands and investigate the Weddell Sea. The expedition wintered on Laurie Island and established a meteorological observatory, Omond House. They undertook the first oceanographical exploration of the Weddell Sea.
