Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition 1914-17 (Endurance) Collection

Expedition led by Ernest Shackleton, with the aim of being the first to traverse Antarctica. Photographs taken by Frank Hurley whilst with the Weddell Sea party, on the ship Endurance and afterwards on South Georgia.
